PRE-ORDER POLICY
Policy Instructions for Pre-Orders
Our Pre-Order collection is for customers to purchase items that may be out of stock in their size and also to claim items that will be new arrivals in the future. Visit the Pre Order Collection to pre order any items that you wish. Please choose your size and color of the item. All pre-orders require a $10 payment which is applied to the remaining balance of the order. At checkout choose shipping or pick up and your item will be shipped or ready for pick up within 3 weeks or sooner. An invoice with the remaining balance will be sent once your pre-order is ready. Invoice has to be paid within 24 hours or pre-order will be cancelled. If there are any delays in shipment you will be notified.
OUR SHIPPING POLICY
How It Works
Weekday orders are shipped within 24 hours. If ordered before noon on Saturday, item will be shipped within 24 hours. If ordered after noon on Saturday and all day Sunday, items will be shipped Monday. All orders will be received to you within 3-5 business days. Any delay in shipment you will be notified.
OUR RETURN POLICY
Items must be returned within 48 hours of receiving order.If order was shipped you must return item to House of Class Boutique within 7 days of receiving order. Please provide tracking number if returning item that was shipped. Item will be refunded the same way payment was received. No exchanges. We will not refund items that have been damaged.
